We believe we are a live band first and foremost, and that is the best way to see us: in a club, late at night, completely live. We are giving you that experience on this record, excerpts from a two-hour show up in Harlem, New York. We don’t believe in rules, and do not feel the need to conform to the confines of a genre. The five of us have pulled from our disparate influences that together make up the sound of this particular city and when put together becomes XPRESIDENTS. Give it a listen and you can decide for yourself who we are and what we’re about. As for us, we believe ourselves to be a Philly band through and through.
